Most Frequently Asked Questions

  • I can't activate MindManager via the internet. What should I do?

    • If you cannot activate over the internet, please request Manual Activation in the Activation wizard:

      1. Open MindManager
      2. Go to Tools>Activate
      3. Select the third option  "Manual via Email"
      4. Enter your MindManager License key
      5. Copy the complete code to an email and send it to activation@mindjet.com


      You will receive your activation file and further instructions by email within two business days.

  • I can't log in to my Mindjet ID anymore. What should I do?

    • Some older support and service center accounts could not be imported after the introduction of the Mindjet ID infrastructure. If you had a Mindjet ID on this older system, you will need to create a new Mindjet ID.  If you created a Mindjet ID in the past year but cannot login, even after requesting a password resend, please contact Mindjet Customer Service

  • What is Mindjet Catalyst?

    • Mindjet Catalyst is our newest collaboration platform and offers improved and new features and functionality. Users of Mindjet Connect have been automatically transitioned to Mindjet Catalyst.  Please read our knowledgebase article for more information.
